“I feel like a sort of deranged editorial bird, flying over the landscape of wherever I am. Picking up things that I overhear, appropriating imagery and text.” —Rob Wynne

Shifting to a delightful and unexpected show that you can go see right now, artist Rob Wynne has a unique exhibition at the Brooklyn Museum – Rob Wynne: FLOAT, on through March 3, 2019. The installation, featuring Wynne’s cast glass works interspersed throughout the Luce Center for American Art at the Brooklyn Museum, highlights the ephemeral and mysterious nature of Wynne’s work. In this video, the Brooklyn Museum visited with Wynne in his studio to discuss his working process and inspiration, and what the opportunity for this exhibition means to him.
