Founded in Venice, California in 1975, and located half a block from the beach, L.A. Louver gallery occupies a special physical and historical space in the west coast art community. Taking advantage of the light and weather afforded by their location, their “Sky Room” offers space for long-term outdoor installations. Now until January 5, 2019, legendary Los Angeles street artist Alex “Defer” Kizu has undertaken a not-to-be-missed, space-filling installation. In this video, he talks about how he works.
